Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

Core Responsibilities Prepares all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages for submission to the company's lenders and owners; collaborates with internal finance leadership and other stakeholders to facilitate alignment on lender submissions Leads preparation of financial slides for monthly earnings call presentations and quarterly board meeting presentations Prepares the bi-weekly cash flow forecast and presents key findings and variances to CFO and VP of Finance; leads bi-weekly discussion with private equity owners to explain variances and address questions

Continuously assesses opportunities to improve the forecasting process and accuracy and effectively implements the process enhancements

Drives monthly analysis of financial results and develops consolidated summary of key operational drivers and variances through engagement with the operating site finance teams and corporate accounting Facilitates company-wide forecast and budget process across all corporate and site teams through preparation of templates and models, consolidation of site-level forecasts/budgets, and preparation of summary analysis and reporting to the company's senior leadership Builds and distributes weekly reporting on AR balances across all sites, helping to drive better collections behavior Drives continuous process improvements in collaboration with IT, resulting in time savings across both corporate and site finance teams that can be repurposed for other value-add initiatives Identifies value-add projects that support overall finance objectives and manages resources to complete the projects Supports ad hoc analyses from finance and site leadership Demonstrates consistent willingness to learn more about the business and proactively support learning through engagement with the corporate leadership team and site teams Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data

Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field CPA or CMA certification preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, or accounting Prior experience managing people preferred
