Advise business clients on a range of employment law matters, including compliance and workplace policy developmentConduct legal research, draft briefs, and prepare pleadings for employment litigation casesInvestigate workplace violations, including incidents of alleged sexual harassment and other misconductPrepare responses to complaints and provide guidance on best practices for complaint handling and workplace investigationsDraft and review employment policies to ensure legal compliance and risk managementCollaborate with legal teams and support staff to ensure effective client service and case managementRequirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in employment law, covering both advisory and litigation functionsStrong client service orientation with exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesWillingness to investigate and address workplace violations, including sensitive cases involving harassmentEducation
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications
Active license to practice law in CaliforniaSkills
Proficiency in employment law, particularly in compliance, policy drafting, and workplace investigationsStrong analytical, research, and writing skillsExcellent communication and client relations abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
