If you are looking to make an impact in how our government provides its services, then come join our Transformation Execution Team.Your key responsibilitiesWork in a collaborative environment with various project teams to support the mission and its componentsAct as a trusted client advisor, responsible for project deliveryLead multiple operational projects and teams in a collaborative team environmentResponsible for project scoping, planning and tracking, on-time delivery, and high-quality deliverables and servicesMeet financial objectivesPrepare and participate in client presentationsProvide advice, assistance and written recommendations on strategic initiatives and performance improvement opportunitiesAssist in identifying key capability gaps and assist in developing recommendations to address these gapsCoordinate with both internal and external stakeholdersParticipate in development of proposals in support of new business developmentOversee a delivery team and be main point of contact for clients for assigned projectsSupport hiring/recruiting as needed to support various business initiativesSeek opportunities to advance business acumen by learning from senior resourcesCommunicate the improvements from and help implement EY US’ portfolio management, PM and project management methodologiesDevelop people through effective leadership, coaching and mentoring of all levels of staffSupport people-related initiatives through competency brand building (e.g., recruitment, retention, training, competency development)Skills and attributes for successUnderstand clients’ cultures and operations to influence important decisionsLeverage industry leading practices and trends to provide valuable insights to clientsAssist with cultivating and managing business development opportunities. Develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs.To qualify for the role, you must have7 or more years of relevant professional work experience as a project manager and business analystAbility to work in a high-demand, fast-paced environment7 or more years supporting DHS components5 or more years managerial and hands-on experience supporting the DHS components’ acquisition and investment management processes, DHS INVEST and related deliverables5 or more years managerial experience with direct supervisory responsibilitiesSubject matter expertise, demonstrating significant breadth and depth in multiple domains of work including business transformation, performance management, emerging technologies, innovation, travel, trade, biometrics, information systems, and technology platformsExcellent communications skills, including verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentationWell-organized with a track-record of producing high-quality deliverables on timeHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Ideally you'll also haveCertified associate in PMWhat we look forTop performers have experience supporting client service projects, business development efforts and internal growth initiatives. The candidate should have experience delivering services for project plans on medium to small projects. Experience with federal, state or local agencies, often gained by working in a Big Four global management consulting firm or a blue-chip company focused on the government and the public sector, is a plus.What we offerWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $96,300 to $176,500. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $115,500 to $200,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.Continuous learning:
