The Deputy Director of People & Culture (P&C) plays a critical role in accelerating the department’s impact across Adams County while maximizing efficiency of internal operations.Examples of Duties for Success
Operational Excellence & Process Effectiveness:
Drive process improvement efforts using data-driven insights.Strategic Leadership & Influence:
Act as a key representative for the Director when needed.Culture Transformation & Employee Experience:
Partner to lead cultural transformation efforts.Qualifications for Success
Required Experience:
At least 5 years of progressively responsible management level experience.Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.License or Certificate:
