Architectural Job Captain
who can help contribute to all projects from inception to completion. A Job Captain will have a thorough understanding of construction documents in addition to retaining and understanding of all of the parties involved and the delivery of the work that they are responsible for.This job posting is for a full-time, in-person position at our office in Miracle Mile. 2-6 years of professional office experience.Passion for high-end residential architecture and construction.1+ years of experience with Revit in an office environment working on real-world projects.Experience with the compilation, drafting, and coordination of permit and construction documents.A highly efficient self-starter who can identify and solve both simple and complex problems with principal guidance.A drive to constantly learn, improve, and contribute to the evolution of this young, rising office.High-end analytical and organizational skills.Strong writing, verbal communication, and collaboration skills.Experience in construction documents, detailing, digital modeling, rendering, digital fabrication, and graphics.The ability to condense, categorize, and present research and ideas.Pluses
Desire to produce meaningful work; passion is at the heart of our company.Independent with the ability to work in a team environment.Ability to be open-minded, take in different ideas, and encourage teamwork.Desire to constantly self-educate and be hands-on.Ability to bring creative solutions to our design work.Experience in custom residential design.Interest and ability to move fluidly between the design and the construction of our projects.In-depth experience with the following software: Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word & Excel, AutoCAD, and the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).Currently a resident of Los Angeles or willing to commute.Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
