You will play a key role in the recruitment, evaluation, and professional growth of top-tier school administrators while ensuring adherence to district policies and state/federal regulations.Ideal candidates will hold a Master’s degree and a valid Texas Mid-Management or Principal Certification, along with at least 3 years of experience as a campus principal, demonstrating a combination of principal and organizational leadership proficiency. A solid educational background is vital, encompassing a minimum of 2 years in successful classroom teaching.We are looking for individuals who possess a strong moral and ethical foundation, a passion for inspiring leadership, and the ability to manage personnel and coordinate campus functions effectively.
