The team plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining client data for the Distribution organization. The position involves close collaboration with multiple departments to enhance data and analytics capabilities.In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
Collaborate with Management, Sales Reporting, CRM, and Finance teams for sales reporting and compensation data processesDevelop and implement complex workflows using Alteryx and Tableau for data integrity and analyticsConduct analyses and tests of sales data in partnership with Technology, adhering to data management standardsDefine, document, and maintain process flows, ensuring policies and procedures are up-to-dateMaintain ownership over client data, systems, and processesEnhance, streamline, and automate processesVerify asset and transaction details for exception management and resolution using various sourcesBuild and execute robust reconciliation processesFollow best practices in data management and ensure data integrityThis role comes with the following benefits:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field1-3 years of experience in Asset Management with a focus on Data and AnalyticsProficiency with tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Python, and SQLYou would benefit from having:
