This role is ideal for a strategic and entrepreneurial thinker with a robust understanding of the real estate landscape, capable of broadening the company’s investor base and enhancing its brand visibility.The Director of Capital Development will collaborate closely with the executive team to design, execute, and oversee all capital raising efforts, including launching new initiatives, partnering with the investor relations team to develop engaging investment proposals, and representing the company at various industry events. The ideal candidate should possess a strong network of investors and demonstrate the ability to mentor and lead a team throughout the fundraising journey. Applicants should ideally have a minimum of 10 years of successful experience in raising equity capital specifically for real estate private equity. A proven track record of accomplishment in this domain is essential, along with an extensive, active investor network.
