We constantly ask ourselves: What is our impact on the world?In the role of Water/Wastewater Project Manager, we'll count on you to:Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium multi-discipline projects or large, single-discipline water and wastewater projects.Guide and direct junior staff in planning and design of project-specific elements.Use previous work experience in treatment, collections, or pumping of water/wastewater to guide direction of projects.Independently coordinate work of professional staff and balance team throughout entire project's development.Establish client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for project compliance and permitting.Conduct work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with other staff.Coordinate workload through entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule.Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule.Work with Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Department Manager for project reviews and with company management as needed.Perform other duties as needed.Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification.Planning and design experience in any one or more categories: water treatment, wastewater treatment, pump stations and pipelines, conveyance, and distribution.Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, and have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills.Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.7 years related experience.A minimum 2 years project management experience.Professional Engineer (PE) license.MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be a plus).Demonstrated leadership skills.An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.Primary Location
