Glory Brakes is looking for an experienced National Sales Manager in the field of Automotive Aftermarket Division. This position would cover National Sales in aftermarket retailers, WDs, and buying groups. The goal of the position would be to identify and solicit profitable new business while successfully managing established customer relationships. Also, the sales manager should manage the manufacturer representatives and keep their actions aligned with the company’s policy and strategy.What you can look forward to as a National Sales Manager:
Responsible for competitive market intelligence and market trend information.Work on product management with engineers to ensure proper formula proposals and relative specifications.Liaison between Glory Brakes factories and Product Management team and responsible for providing marketing direction as required.Represent Glory Brakes at trade shows and related industry functions.Provide market intelligence for pricing, market share, and aftermarket trends to maintain a competitive market position.Responsible for creating and executing sales forecast and budget.Responsible for prospecting and setting up new accounts and processing customer projects utilizing the Glory Brakes system.Support independent rep agencies with sales calls, information exchange, and product changeovers.Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.Strong account management skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products/services.Your Profile as a National Sales Manager:
Experience in braking systems or similar automotive components.Experience with aftermarket buying groups and retailers.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiences.Minimum 5 years’ experience working in automotive aftermarket sales.The ability to travel up to 50%.Why you should choose Glory Brakes?
