Glory Brakes is looking for an experienced National Product Manager in the field of Automotive Aftermarket Division. This position would relate to aftermarket retailers, WDs and buying groups. The goal of the position would be to identify and solicit profitable new business while successfully managing established customer relationships. Also, the Product manager should manage the manufacturer representatives and keep their action aligned with the company’s policy and strategy.What you can look forward to as a National Product Manager (Brakes):Conduct competitive market intelligence and analyze market trends.Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Category Management teams to manage product lifecycles, from introduction to end-of-life, using industry and market data.Develop and execute product line strategies that surpass market performance, supporting business unit goals.Assess the feasibility of new products using market demand, pricing, and competition analyses, and manage sample sourcing for R&D.Maintain and update the company’s catalog system data.Support Marketing/Product Managers with key messaging for consumers, buyers, and commercial teams.Provide regular reviews of Glory Brakes’ competitive market position and recommend actions for improvement.Develop product roadmaps and strategies to address aftermarket impacts of new OEM technologies through industry research and insights.Identify and prioritize potential new products and part numbers to drive growth and profitability, ensuring best-in-class availability.Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality, differentiated products that strengthen Glory Brakes’ competitive position.Maintain accurate and consistent competitive part number interchanges.Collaborate across teams (Product, Category Management, Pricing, Engineering, Content, Technical Service, and Customer Service) to share and distribute key information.Work with the commercial team to develop profitable business cases and strategies for new customer opportunities.Drive accurate forecasts by analyzing forecast drivers and their business impacts.Why you should choose Glory Brakes?

Experience in braking systems or similar automotive components.Resolve customer claims.Experience with aftermarket buyers.Familiar with aftermarket NPI strategy.P&L review and budget creation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiences.Minimum 5 years’ experience working in automotive aftermarket Product Management.
