Glory Brakes is looking for an experienced National Product Manager in the field of Automotive Aftermarket Division. This position would relate to aftermarket retailers, WDs and buying groups. The goal of the position would be to identify and solicit profitable new business while successfully managing established customer relationships. Also, the Product manager should manage the manufacturer representatives and keep their action aligned with the company’s policy and strategy.What you can look forward to as a National Product Manager (Brakes):Responsible for competitive market intelligence and market trend information.Develop and execute the overall strategy for the product line(s) assigned that deliver results that outpace the market.Responsible for providing periodic reviews of Glory Brakes Industries competitive position in the market and recommendations to achieve the Business Unit goals.Develop product roadmaps and individual product strategies to navigate the new aftermarket technologies introduced by OEM.Compile an active list of potential new products and part numbers within the Business Unit to maximize segment growth and profitability.Ensure best in class availability of potential new part numbers.Determine the feasibility of potential new part numbers or products to maximize revenue growth and profitability.Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Category Management to manage the product lifecycle stages.Work closely with engineering to deliver high quality differentiated products to the market.Collaborate with the commercial team to develop profitable business cases for customer opportunities.Maintain competitive part number interchanges for consistency and accuracy.Interact with various teams to gather and distribute information.Demonstrates clear thinking regarding forecast drivers, forecast business impacts, and drives to accurate forecasts.Participate in data maintenance activities in support of the company’s catalogue system.Support Marketing/Product Managers with key messaging to our end consumers, buyers, and commercial teams.Why you should choose Glory Brakes?
