Our Digital Transformation Consulting Division (DTD) specializes in high-end consulting that is solving the federal government’s hardest problems by delivering performance-based and outcome-driven digital transformation solutions. This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Install, configure, analyze, tune, and optimize OneStream solutions on cloud and client infrastructure that meet customer requirements.

Lead scoping and sizing of OneStream server, application, and database installation, configuration, and maintenance.

Assist with data analysis, data management, data governance, dashboard monitoring, data quality dashboards, data controls, data lineage, and data mapping.

Troubleshoot and optimize security models, event processes, custom dashboards, reports, business rules, and member formulas.

Assess data unit, application, and scripting configurations to make recommendations on performance improvements.

Train and support customers on accessing OneStream applications.

Train and mentor lower-level personnel on OneStream infrastructure and optimization tools/technologies and methodologies.

Perform unit, system and interface testing.

Develop and update process documents and training materials.

Apply advanced theoretical knowledge of Computer Science and Engineering principles and concepts in creating, developing, writing, testing, troubleshooting and documenting code and interfaces for various financial management applications using OneStream tools and technologies.

Perform unit, stress, system and integration testing associated with the OneStream tool and its corresponding system interface areas and provide guidance to client staff to support these testing activities and achieve successful user acceptance.

Assist in identifying and resolving issues and challenges related to OneStream applications in collaboration with the senior consulting team.

Collaborate with other members of the development team and project managers to deliver solutions that surpass client expectations while meeting project timelines.

Write System Security Plan and technical documents as a part of Authority to Operate package.

Remediate vulnerabilities found during ATO to meet compliance standards.

Write POAM documentation for all system security plan findings.

Implement Single Sign-On for OneStream XF application using PIV card or CAC authentication.

Manage upgrades of on premises OneStream XF applications and Microsoft SQL Databases.

Basic Qualifications:

8+ years minimum of work experience in systems design, infrastructure, tuning/optimization, cloud, development, and deployment.

A minimum of 3 years of SQL experience.

A minimum of 2 years of OneStream XF installation, configuration, and optimization experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, Accounting, or related degree.

Ability to identify project risks, provide risk mitigation options and escalate to project management to resolve project risks.

Ability to contribute to various phases of the software development cycle, including in systems analysis, architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to mentor junior consultants.

CompTIA Security Plus certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience on SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.

VB.NET development experience and/or any object-oriented programming languages.

Work experience in a professional services company and/or a consulting firm.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.

Experience assisting with ATOs.

Experience setting up Single Sign-On for applications.

Current U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Security Clearance Requirements:US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
