Base annual salary range of $101,970 to $106,970 per year.
Crisis Director Position Summary
The Crisis Director is responsible for the overall success of crisis services through the center. The Crisis Director occupies a management level position directly responsible to the Chief Clinical Officer. This position is responsible for monitoring the outcomes of crisis services for use in service and program improvement. This position will also play an integral role in spotting crisis trends to set the course of future direction of the Center. This position will require some weekend and weeknight availability and weekly travel to Atchison and Jefferson counties.
Responsibilities for Crisis Stabilization Charge Case Manager
Oversee the operations of the center's crisis services to ensure quality of care, fiscal and clinical accountability, and efficiency of crisis operations.
Responsible for the development and implementation of processes, procedures, and policies related to the delivery and reporting of crisis services.
Responsible in coordination with CEO that the Center is following all licensing and regulatory requirements for crisis services, provides training when needed regarding crisis services.
Participate in and document regularly scheduled supervision meetings with supervisees as well as team meetings with TGC staff involved in providing crisis care.
Serve as Hospital Liaison for Leavenworth, Atchison, and Jefferson counties.
Coordinate and implement Critical Incident Stress Debrief supports to community as needed.
Provide direct service to individuals/families engaging in crisis care of follow up care as needed, including clinical assessments and screenings.
Qualifications for Crisis Director
Required:
Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Marriage & Family, or Professional Counseling.
Minimum of two years of experience in supervising employees.
Licensure by the Kansas Behavioral Science Regulatory Board as a LMSW, LMLP, LMFT, LPC, LCP, LCPC, LSCSW, OR LCMFT by the first date of employment.
Preferred:
Ability to embrace a multi-disciplinary approach to care.
