The Guidance Center (TGC) is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to be the newest member of our innovative interdisciplinary team. TGC is a Community Mental Health Center serving Leavenworth, Atchison, and Jefferson counties in Kansas. Primary Duties for Administrative Assistant:Perform all tasks related to opening and closing the office,Handle a multi-line phone system, routing messages and callsObtain and enter into the Electronic Medical Record system all necessary registration information for clients, update when necessaryManage client files (setting up new charts, maintaining active charts, processing closed charts, and all other electronic file-related activities)Accurately maintain therapists' and doctors' schedulesRequest, receive and record fee payments from clients
