Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a
Delivery Systems Manager , to join the plant team in Inwood, WV (USA).The Delivery Systems Manager is responsible for the supervision and daily operation of the Control Room, High Bay Warehouse, Low Bay Warehouse, and AGV System to support operations of Logoplaste, customer & other existing vendor operations at the plant.This role will require strong electronic, written and verbal communication skills to communicate with our customers, suppliers, upper management, and plant personnel.Key Tasks & Activities
Safety, Quality & PersonnelManages Delivery System Engineers and AGV Technicians to meet company expectations in Safety, Quality, and Productivity.Participates in the hiring, training, and assessment of team capabilities, working with the Delivery Systems Manager and Human Resources to enhance the skill set of the team.Evaluates performance of the direct team.OperationsSupervises the safe and efficient operation of all equipment (AGV and Control Room) to meet or exceed company-established KPI expectations and customer quality expectations.Manages the troubleshooting of digital/mechanical issues, proactively addresses inefficiencies, and develops options to implement solutions.Project ManagementLeads projects with coordination between customers, suppliers, and other vendors.Participates in improvement activities to deliver customer expectations, align with company policies, and improve the health of systems.Who we are looking for
5-7 years of experience required.Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of
