The AXA XL Human Resources department supports over 7,000 colleagues globally. The team consists of a network of HR Business Partners that are strategically aligned with AXA XL Leadership Team members and the global teams they lead, and that partners with our Centers of Expertise (CoE) in Talent Acquisition and Development, Compensation, Benefits and HR Operations.
The strategic focus of Human Resources is to deliver the talent agenda in a World-Class way. We do this by designing and delivering programs, initiatives, tools, and processes that enable AXA XL to attract, manage, engage, develop, and retain the global talent needed to deliver on our opportunity and aspiration. Further, we are continuously improving HR capabilities and processes to support the business in a highly professional, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
As the Compensation Analyst (Advisor), you will provide support in managing the communication, design, implementation, and administration of AXA XL’s compensation programs.
This includes market pricing/analysis, compensation surveys, job leveling/broadband structure and other aspects of compensation to ensure AXA XL is able to effective recruit and retain top talent.
What will your essential responsibilities include?
Preparing and analyzing internal and external compensation offers ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
Assisting in the annual administration and participation of external compensation surveys.
Administering and completing ad hoc compensation analyses, collecting, and analyzing relevant compensation data.
Assisting in the development and leveraging of standardized tools used for analyses, recommendations, and consultation with clients.
Assisting Human Resources Business Partner team with compensation related inquiries; including supporting smaller business lines.
Supporting the overall planning and execution of the Year End Compensation Process.
Participating in testing and administration of the compensation planning tool.
Acting as the subject matter expert (SME) on compensation matters related to the Year End Process, under general guidance.
Auditing and clarifying data and reporting structures throughout the Year End Process.
Assisting in any projects supporting the continuous improvement of existing compensation programs e.g., pay equity.
Supporting Compensation Partners, Senior Compensation Partners and Head of Total Rewards with various administrative activities and reporting for senior level leaders.
Supporting the global compensation team with coordination and delivery of training and communication materials
You will report to the Head of Total Rewards - Americas.
