The Dean will be expected to lead all academic programs, promote a team-oriented leadership approach, and drive the development and growth of the College's multi-faceted programs. Additionally, the Dean will be tasked with sustaining and growing the College's excellence, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment, and leading fundraising efforts. Applicants for the Dean position at the company should hold an earned doctorate in a relevant field and have a strong record of academic achievement. The ideal candidate will have a background in academic administration, a commitment to the Land-Grant mission, and a proven track record in fund development and financial management. The role demands a leader with exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills, who can work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. The Dean will also be expected to build and strengthen partnerships, both within the university and with external organizations, and to recruit, develop, and retain exceptional faculty and staff.
