The successful candidate will be a strategic, collaborative, and creative leader with a strong academic background, including an earned doctorate and a proven record of successful academic leadership. The Dean will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of distinctive undergraduate and graduate programs that focus on the intersections of education, wellness, and community health. This role involves engaging with regional school districts, non-profit organizations, and health systems to ensure that the College's programs meet the needs of the growing Upstate region. The Dean will also be expected to lead strategic planning, increase enrollment, and foster a sense of unity and innovation among the faculty and staff. Applicants for the Dean position at the company's College of Education, Human Performance, and Health must demonstrate a commitment to the transformative work of the College and its impact on student and community well-being. Required qualifications include a doctorate, a strong academic and leadership record, and experience with regional and specialized accreditation processes.
