Key responsibilities will include leading strategic planning efforts, promoting enrollment growth, and fostering a collaborative, creative environment among faculty and staff. A commitment to the transformative mission of the College and its contributions to student and community health is essential.Required qualifications include:An earned doctorateA robust academic and leadership recordExperience with regional and specialized accreditation processesPreferred qualifications include:Familiarity with best practices in K-12 education, exercise science, and community healthExperience in financial management and shared governanceA track record of securing external fundingThe successful candidate will maintain a visible and active presence both on campus and within the community, utilizing data to assess and enhance the impact of the College's programs.
