Facilities Compliance Specialist (Vendor Support)

We are currently looking to fill a Facilities Compliance Specialist (Vendor Support) position. Regeneron successfully manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies. Our Facilities Compliance Specialists ensure cGMP compliance for the Facilities Management Department.
As a Facilities Compliance Specialist, a typical day might include the following:
Acting as a liaison between the Facilities Department and vendors to request and schedule services, obtain quotes and issue purchase requisitions
Working with teams within the Facilities Department to initiate onboarding requests for new vendors, working to ensure compliance with all necessary internal requirements.
Interfacing regularly with Manufacturing, Procurement, and other functional areas in order to remove obstacles, resolve conflicts and help facilitate decisions relating to vendor-related work.
Reviewing work record documentation for completeness, accuracy and compliance, and providing feedback to internal customers to ensure timely resolution of issues and record closure.
Managing and providing support, information, and assistance to individuals and groups with the initiation, review, submission, and follow-up of documents such as Corrective and Preventive Action plans
Identifying and implementing process and program improvements (e.g. to increase efficiency)
Supporting colleagues with the initiation, processing, and closure of investigations, CAPAs Change Controls, workflows, etc.
Participating in, and responding to quality and regulatory audits.
This role might be for you if you:
Have experience working in a manufacturing environment, pharmaceutical industry preferred
Can prioritize multiple assignments and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Have an understanding of equipment and terminology used in a manufacturing operation and/or vendor management programs
Are organized and have an attention to detail
Excel in a collaborative, cross functional environment
To be considered for this role you must hold a Bachelor’s degree and the following minimum amounts of relevant experience for each level:
Associate Specialist: 1+ years
Specialist: 2+ years
Senior Specialist: 5+ years
May substitute relevant experience in lieu of educational requirements. Level will be determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.
