University of Michigan Health-West (Formally Metro Health) is looking for Population Health Program Administrator Operations. - Clinically Integrated Network * Days - 40 hours/week

General Summary:

The Population Health Program Administrator-Operations provides management and oversight of the overall CIN Governance, CIN Membership process, CIN Compliance, and program management standards. The Program Administrator is responsible for directing, tracking, and following the CIN bylaws, participation agreement, CIN program, and overall CIN business operations to ensure the stability and success of CIN program operations with a focus on compliance, process improvement, and CIN membership management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in health care administration, computer science, public health, public policy/public affairs, health promotion, social justice, public administration, health administration, social work or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Master's degree preferred.Three (3) years of experience in community health, equity, or diversity and inclusion with a focus on establishing multidisciplinary community partnerships and developing and implementing educational and training programs.

Demonstrated skills, understanding and passion for health equity, anti-racism, cultural humility, inclusion, advocacy, social justice, public health and the barriers and opportunities for advancing equity in healthcare.

At least two (2) years previously leading complex project or program management, preferably in healthcare or public health, preferred.Project management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple projects in relation to the organization's strategic and tactical focus required.

Ability to perform at an elevated level of effectiveness in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously. Strong organization, project management, coordination, and follow-through skillsDemonstrated ability to plan and design programs, assess interdependencies, and analyze functional operations strongly preferred.

Contracting experience preferredProficiency with basic Microsoft applications High level of organizational skills, competent with Microsoft Office tools.Preferred experience working in Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or related EMR.Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Excellent communication and presentation skills for communicating with a wide variety of people.Effective interaction with staff, customers, and vendors, required.

Experience working with groups from diverse backgrounds.

Ability to work with supervisor/manager and other members of the department to promote a harmonious work environment.Ability to work independently and interdependently with multiple teams required.

Ability to establish personal goals and take responsibility for meeting them within defined timelines.Transportation and ability to commute to various locations in the UMH-West service area (5-7x per month).

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Work as part of the CIN team and function as a resource and educator to support the management team and staff on the direction and performance of the CIN compliance, programs, and membership standards.

Develop and execute on policies/procedures to support the CIN bylaws, participation agreements, and all CIN participating program requirements with a goal of effective standard operating procedures. Accountable for assessing program effectiveness, identifying opportunities, developing, implementing program changes, and monitoring.

Create and maintain the CIN go
