JOB REQUIREMENTS: Linetec Position Summary Support routine preventative maintenance scheduled events at Wausau Finishing. Accurately define and estimate required components to fulfill work requests, maintain a consistent tracking system for work orders and parts inventory while compiling inventory information such as consumption rate, characteristics, value, and stock on hand to determine stock supply to support procurement for the purchase of maintenance supplies. The position collaborates closely with technicians, engineers, operations, and managers to establish component requirements to support the schedule of proactive maintenance activities during appropriate downtime while utilizing planning and scheduling methods to ensure the most effective and least disruptive maintenance possible. Typically uses a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for components needed to complete preventative maintenance. Key Responsibilities Administer preventive maintenance software program (iMaint), maintain asset information, and manage work order/PM activity. Develops plans and actions to support the for routine preventative maintenance scheduled events. Assist with setting up new assets and vendors. Review and update PMs for accuracy Generate reports for Work Order and PM schedule compliance. Administer Stores Inventory Assist with maintaining parts inventory (Min/Max, nonstock inventory, etc.) Monitors spare parts inventory to ensure availability of required parts. Work with VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) vendors for storeroom inventory. Administer Maintenance purchase request. Review maintenance requests and work orders for parts/service purchases Review purchase requests for correct information and quantities/ date needed by Send purchase requests to Procurement (Coupa Group) Track order status Receive and stock parts Administers company uniform program for select positions in maintenance and production. Use Company credit cards for vendors/contractors not in current purchasing system Purchases on credit cards will need approval following purchasing approval limits Reconcile end of month credit card purchases Research products and services used for new and existing equipment installation and repair. Manage vendor service contractors (forklifts, air handling, air compressors, chillers, fire protection/security, crane maintenance, overhead doors, etc.) Scheduling repairs/PM Tracking usage and repairs Administer weekly maintenance scheduling reports. Work with maintenance manager, supervisor, and other planners on weekly work activities Generate Weekly Schedule review. Generate Weekly Maintenance Schedule Coordinate company janitorial and facility services. Arrange outside service inspection and repairs.
