The Client Success Developer is a non-attorney whose primary responsibility is to engage with existing clients to promote the full suite of services. The CSD will play a crucial role in building and developing relationships with clients, ensuring ethical practices, overseeing client onboarding, and contributing to the growth and success of our firm. Responsibilities:
Meeting with Prospective and Existing Clients
• Conduct meetings (in-person or over the phone) with potential and existing clients. • Adhere to communication protocols to engage effectively. • Gather information about clients' needs and discuss new value-added solutions to their problems. • Offer assurances and show empathy towards clients. • Explain our legal and recruiting services relevant to their needs. • Prepare quotes, engagement letters, and payment plans. • Assist clients with financing options, if required. • Clarify details of engagement letters.
Adherence to Ethical Standards
• Avoid providing legal advice or quoting fees independently. • Prepare clients for engagement with our attorneys if necessary. • Obtain client signatures and attorney approvals.
Client Onboarding Oversight
• Create engagement agreements and manage payments. • Follow up with clients post-engagement for feedback.
Client Relationship Management
• Maintain contact with prospective and existing clients who miss appointments. • Keep communication open for potential future engagements.
Record-Keeping and Reporting
• Maintain detailed records in our CRM system. • Track client interactions and conversion metrics.
Feedback and Improvement
• Provide feedback on lead quality and volume to management. • Suggest improvements based on client interactions.
Lead Generation
• Travel to approved locations to network and generate leads.
Additional Responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • 4 years of experience in sales of products or services, luxury or high-end products and services are preferred. • A proven track record using a consultative sales approach is required. • Experience with CRM, particularly reporting, is required. • Experience working within the legal industry is an asset. • Bachelor's degree in a related field. • Spanish Fluency, both written and verbal, is preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and similar tools. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
