his position can be located in Columbia, Charlotte, Raleigh, Greenville, Charleston, Orlando, and Atlanta.

A Day in the LifeThis role requires executing and maintaining best practices for desktop, laptop, and VDI management, such as software packaging, deployment, patching, inventory management, compliance reporting, license auditing, technical documentation, image creation, and workstation management. Additionally, installing, testing, configuring, implementing, and documenting software applications supporting all firm operations is part of the role.

We Know YouThis role requires a Desktop Analyst with over 3 years of experience in a large organization, offering the chance to contribute to the law firm's growth. Essential skills include strong communication, attention to detail, independent work under strict guidelines, and adept prioritization. Advanced technical expertise in Microsoft Windows environments using tools like SCCM, Intune, PowerShell, Active Directory, and Group Policy is a must. The idea candidate will love a challenge and is welling to learn.

Advanced troubleshooting experience with Windows 10/11, along with PowerShell skills, is necessary. Experience working within a large organization with multiple deployments is also required. Legal firm experience is preferred. Light travel may be involved.
