In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing efficient operational processes tailored for creators, managing relationships to drive growth and revenue, and spearheading the launch of innovative products that resonate with the creator community.The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a proven history of scaling account management programs. You should possess exceptional problem-solving skills forged by data-driven insights, coupled with a passion for leading and mentoring teams in a thriving environment. This position requires a collaborative leader capable of aligning efforts across Product and Engineering teams, ensuring the voice of our creators is represented and advocating for their success.If you have a background in building and overseeing customer-focused SMB account management teams, experience bringing new products to market in partnership with product teams, and a dedication to fostering a culture of high performance, we’d love to hear from you.
