This position plays an integral role in managing a wide range of processes on behalf of the Project teams, Equipment Facility Teams, Buyers and ESM HQ Leadership (Equipment Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing).Hiring location:

Milwaukee / Madison, WIRESPONSIBILITIES:Visit jobsites daily to assist with lift inventory and forecastingWork with project teams and sub-contractors to forecast scissor lift needs and other equipment as needed.Responsible for Inventory Management reporting to teams, which includes scheduled and on-demand reporting; includes review and quality control of reportsSource equipment internally and through 3rd party rental and service suppliersSupport physical Inventory Management on project sites or within equipment facilitiesWork with 3rd party vendors to procure and keep equipment in good conditionSchedule service techs and assist working through equipment downtime issuesFollow established procedures in relation to receiving and processing equipment facility orders and returns from the fieldGenerate purchase orders for equipment purchases and rentalsReconcile and process the billing of contracts, invoices, and work orders dailySupport electronic Inventory ManagementUpdate and change, as needed, Task Code and Off-Rent date with input from project teams (customers)Reconciliation of fleet invoicing with accounting, fleet vendors and project teamsProvide equipment solutions and issue resolution for project teams, including recommendations for type and maintenance of equipmentWork with 3rd party vendors to schedule and align service contracts for the project (i.e. sanitation services, trash removal, hydrovac etc.)Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levelsAll other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS AND EDUCATION:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Attention to detail and accuracyA self-starter and ability to plan own dayAbility to effectively communicate, both written and verballyShown positive and professional attitude and strong customer service skillsAbility to multitaskPlanning and organizational skillsActive listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedbackAssociate's degree or minimum two years of relevant experienceExperience with equipment preferred
