In this position, you will lead the preparation of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations, aiming for transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.Your leadership will be critical in building and maintaining our financial reporting function and systems. You'll ensure compliance with technical accounting standards and play a key role in narrating the company's financial story to our investors. This role entails close collaboration with the Chief Accounting Officer, Global Controller, and external auditors, and proactive engagement with teams across Payroll, People, Accounting, Investor Relations, and FP&A.To qualify, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience, including significant expertise in SEC reporting. Familiarity with financial reporting, GL, and equity platforms is essential, while a background in a global, high-growth, public company is highly valued. We seek a detail-oriented, process-driven individual with outstanding project management, communication, and leadership skills.As the Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting, you will also prepare various financial documents, including S-1 filings, Earnings Releases, and Investor Presentations, while overseeing the administration of our equity plans.
