Job SummaryThe student worker for Advancement and Foundation Operations will assist with a variety of administrative and operational tasks aimed at supporting fundraising and operations for University Advancement. Duties include updating donor information in database, assist with processing gifts and donations, provide administrative support for staff, and other tasks as needed. The role serves to help further the foundation's mission and strengthen relationships with donors and alumni.

Advancement and Foundation Operations is made up of the following departments: Gift Processing, Foundation Accounting, Donor Database Management, Prospect Research Management, Donor Relations and Stewardship, and Fund Compliance. This position may assist with work in any of the above areas, as needed.Additional InformationStudent employees are eligible to participate in the University's 403(b) Plan. More information can be found here.Pay Rate$15.00/hourPreferred QualificationsStrong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with different departments and campus partners.

Attention to Detail: Ability to navigate databases, process gifts, and handle sensitive information accurately.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with office software and data entry. Experience with donor management systems or CRM software is a plus.

Confidentiality: Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential donor and institutional information appropriately.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with staff, faculty, and other student workers.
