This Senior Nuclear Project Manager position will oversee projects and programs, independently managing planning, scheduling, and control activities. This role involves leading multidisciplinary project teams of over ten members, establishing priorities, and directing activities across various organizations. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of industry trends, monitor project management processes for improvements, manage budgets, and mentor other project managers while demonstrating expertise in large-scale, complex projects. This full-time position is located in Richland, WA. Pay rate: $58.90 - $102.38 Benefits:Sick Leave: One hour of paid sick leave for every 40-hours worked (sick leave can be used after 90-days of employment)EAP: Employee Assistance ProgramBenefit Options: Medical, HSA, Group Life/AD&D, Voluntary Life/AD&D, Voluntary Short-Term Disability, Voluntary Long-Term Disability, Voluntary Critical Illness, Voluntary Accident, 401k (eligible after one year and 1,000 hours worked - employer match up to 4%)Other benefits include the following: Calm App, Access Perks Responsibilities:Manage project activities for refueling outages, forced outages, and on-line work, providing oversight to planning, leading, controlling, and monitoring.Ensure all work is implemented safely and meets quality standards.Develop and track budgets for assigned projects, monitoring cost versus budget throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare work packages, including parts procurement and ALARA planning, ensuring resource identification and allocation.Develop project schedules based on complexity and size, managing risk and enforcing accountability.Identify and assess project risks, developing strategies for mitigation and resolution of schedule delays and conflicts.Interface regularly with clients, engineers, and related parties to ensure project focus and progress, and prepare written and oral communications for various groups, including senior management.Develop and manage contracts with vendors, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced project managers.Develop and maintain long-range plan strategies for assigned projects.Support the effective implementation of the Columbia Generating Station Self-Assessment and Corrective Action Program, providing outage support, including operational control center (OCC) activities. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field from accredited college or university and 20 years of experience in a technical field;OR an AA/AS degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field from accredited college or university and 22 years of experience in a technical field;OR a High School Diploma or GED and 24 years of experience in a technical field. An advanced degree in a related field of study or business may be accepted in lieu of 2 years of experience.RO/SRO License or CGS Management Certification is required.Project Management certification is required.Commercial Nuclear Experience is required.Construction Management Certification.Extensive work experience as a direct supervisor or project manager in the commercial nuclear industry, focusing on maintenance, operations, engineering, or construction.Nuclear plant operator production coordination experience and work management experience in conducting and coordinating plant production work.Successful comp To view the full job description,
