The CFO will be responsible for the long-term financial health and sustainability of the institution, overseeing financial forecasting, strategic financial analysis, and the preparation of the annual budget. This role requires a minimum of 12 years' of progressive experience in finance, operations, and strategy, with at least 5 years' in a management or leadership position. While not mandatory, a CPA or CMA is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. The successful candidate will work closely with the President, Board of Trustees, and senior leaders to ensure that the College's financial plan aligns with its mission and strategic goals. Key responsibilities include fostering a culture of collaborative financial stewardship, managing the endowment fund, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The CFO will also be involved in external monitoring, cash flow and investment management, and will serve as a Cabinet Member for the Audit, Finance, and Investment Committees. Expertise in strategic planning, budget management, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively is essential for this role.
