Central to this role is a commitment to creating a service-oriented experience for both students and employers while managing the career services budget. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in career services or higher education, with a Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree is preferred. Essential skills include strong organizational, communication, project management, and relationship-building abilities. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the college-to-career transition, talent acquisition, and best practices in career education, particularly in liberal arts settings.
