This role is designed for an exceptional strategic leader who possesses a deep understanding of alumni relations, fundraising, and higher education administration. As the Director, you will develop and execute comprehensive engagement strategies that strengthen lifelong relationships with our 50,000 alumni.Your responsibilities will include orchestrating exciting alumni programming, analyzing data to optimize outreach, managing communications, and overseeing volunteer efforts. You will ensure that everything aligns with our institution's mission and core values. To thrive in this role, you should have a proven history of successful team management, budget oversight, and building robust partnerships within the institution and the community.Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 7-9 years of experience in alumni relations or a related field, with a strong emphasis on leadership and innovative programming. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences are a must, along with a commitment to our values of respect, inclusion, service, empathy, and excellence.You will also play a critical role in shaping long-term strategies to enhance global alumni engagement and collaborate closely as a key member of the Development and Alumni Relations leadership team.
