In this key position, you will oversee diverse services such as the bookstore, dining, catering, vending, transportation, and parking. Your expertise will guide the development and execution of strategic business plans, marketing initiatives, and ensure the financial health and sustainability of these operations.Your responsibilities will include supervising and mentoring our dedicated staff, managing complex budgets, and ensuring compliance with service contracts and quality standards. We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience within the higher education sector. A minimum of 3-5 years in higher education auxiliary services, including at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity, is essential. Ideally, you will hold a Master's degree and a Certified Auxiliary Services Professional (CASP) designation.The successful candidate will demonstrate strong skills in budget development, retail sales principles, and exceptional customer service.
