The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a deep understanding of alumni relations, fundraising, and higher education administration. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing comprehensive engagement strategies that foster lifelong connections between the institution and its 50,000 alumni. The Executive Director will be responsible for alumni programming, data analysis, communications, and volunteer management, ensuring that all efforts align with the company's mission and values. This position demands a proven track record in team management, budget oversight, and the ability to build strong partnerships both within the institution and with external stakeholders. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7-9 years of experience in alumni relations or a related field, with a focus on leadership and innovative programming. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively with diverse audiences, and a commitment to the core values of respect, inclusion, service, empathy, and excellence. The Executive Director will also be expected to contribute to the long-term strategies that enhance alumni engagement on a global scale and to work collaboratively as a key member of the Development and Alumni Relations leadership team.
