Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
OnBase System Administrator
to oversee the management, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of our OnBase enterprise document management (EDM) system. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in system administration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving, with a solid understanding of OnBase workflows, document management, and related integrations.
The OnBase System Administrator will ensure the system is running smoothly, securely, and in alignment with the organization's business processes. The role also involves working closely with other IT teams and business stakeholders to identify system needs, implement enhancements, and ensure that the OnBase platform is optimized for the organization's operational goals.Minimum Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field combined with two years of relevant programming or development experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. OnBase experience is highly preferred. Alternatively, experience in the configuration and setup of electronic content management (ECM) document imaging, document management, document import processing, workflow, electronic forms (html, unity) and reporting modules is desirable.
Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills, technical background, desire to learn, and the ability to work effectively without direct supervision independently or as a team is required.Additional Information
- This position is eligible for a flexible work schedule including a hybrid of working from home and office.
