ED/OBV Unit RN Nights & EOW – 36hrs.Unit Name: Emergency Department.Brief Unit Description: 65-Bed Emergency Department, pod-based, with separate pediatric pod and separate Acute Mental Health area.Years of Experience Required: 2 years Emergency Nursing experience.Skill Sets Required: General ED nursing skills including but not limited to: Assessment, documentation, IV, phlebotomy, EKG, Cardiac Monitoring, point of care testing, splinting, critical thinking and patient education.Clinician to Patient Ratio: 1:4.Patient Population: All.Bed Count: 65.Census: 230 visits/day.EMR (Charting System): EPIC – ASAP.Floating Required: Yes.Rotating Shifts Required: Yes, for Day Rotate (7a-7p, 11a-11p, & 7p-7a) when requested. Rotation frequency: Low. Night position does not rotate.Job Requirements
