ICU RN Nights & EOW - 36hrs2yrs. of continuous MICU experience required - MUST BE ABLE TO READ TELE STRIPSUnit Name: Intensive Care Unit (ICU).Brief Unit Description: 20-bed (MICU) Medical/Surgical ICU. We care for a wide range of adult patients with diagnosis such as Sepsis, GI bleed, Respiratory failure, Cardiac arrest, Renal failure, DKA, and cardiogenic shock. Attendings and Residents are present in the ICU 24 hours/day.Floating Required: Yes, when needed (mostly Medical/Surgical Units). Telemetry competency required.Rotating Shifts Required: All Day positions are 'Day Rotate.' Day rotators may be rotated between (7a-7p, 11a-11p or 7p-7a) shifts when needed. Night shift does not rotate.RN to Patient Ratio: 1:2 or 1:1 with high acuity.Patient Population: All.Bed Count: 20 beds.EMR (Charting System): EPIC.Job Requirements
3+ years of ICU RN experience required.2+ years of continuous work experience in one location, preferably a MICU.Schedule Information

A completed primary COVID-19 vaccination series that is approved by the FDA or the World Health Organization (WHO) OR an up-to-date COVID vaccine if a primary series was never received or completed is required. No exemptions or waivers (religious/medical) will be considered.Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccine, and one rubella (German measles) vaccines or two MMR vaccines.Vaccine requirement if titer result is not immune or low immunityVaccine required during flu season Sept 15th - April 30th. No exemptions or waivers (religious/medical) will be considered.Must have documentation of TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break.
