Summary of Responsibilities
• Assists the Associate Director in managing the processing of all applications. Troubleshoots any errors created during the admissions process, and maintains deadlines for processing applications.
• Coordinates data entry and analysis as it pertains to applications submitted for admission.
• Prepares and presents reports on collected data using Banner and other reporting systems. Examines and re-engineers operations and procedures, developing and implementing new strategies as it pertains to the admissions process.
• Supervises designated staff of FT and PT employees while ensuring processing work is accurate and timely.
• Assists in training of part-time staff aiding in the processing of applications.
• Other job related duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Licenses / Certifications
Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate's degree and two years professional experience in a related discipline or a combination of education and experience totaling four years.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Knowledge
• Knowledge of data entry and management.
• Knowledge of computerized student information systems.
• Knowledge of residency requirements and international admissions.
• Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures.
• Knowledge of Banner, including reporting functions and tools.
• Knowledge of CRM Systems.
Skills
• Skills in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, developing and implementing new strategies.
• Skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Abilities
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
