Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, guiding staff performance, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, you will play a key role in fundraising efforts, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with donors, corporate partners, and community stakeholders to diversify and enhance our revenue streams.As the public face of the organization, you will represent us at community and public events and collaborate closely with the Interfaith Chaplain to foster multi-faith dialogue and strengthen community engagement. Ideal candidates will possess 5-7 years of executive experience in the non-profit sector, with a successful background in fundraising and marketing.We seek an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong business strategies, and the capability to effectively lead a dedicated team. A deep appreciation for diverse backgrounds and excellent relationship-building skills are essential. Candidates should demonstrate outstanding communication abilities, problem-solving skills, and comprehensive knowledge of relevant non-profit operational laws and regulations.
