DISPATCHER - PLANNED MAINTENANCE

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with strong administrative and organizational skills to join our team as a Dispatcher for Planned Maintenance. We are a full-service equipment company specializing in industrial and construction equipment since 1956 and was recently named one of the Best Places to Work in 2023 by Arkansas Business.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Planned Maintenance Dispatchers function as part of the Service Team and are responsible for assigning and dispatching Maintenance Technicians to job sites.
In this role, you will:
Assign and dispatch maintenance technicians
to perform planned or preventative maintenance on equipment.
Coordinate with customers and internal departments
to create a prioritized schedule for dispatching technicians.
Monitor and track job statuses
for each maintenance technician and communicating those with all involved parties.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 1 year administrative or clerical experience
Above average communication skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
SKILLS THAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS MAY INCLUDE:
Data Entry, 10-key experience
Prior experience in a service-related industry
RELATED EXPERIENCE MAY INCLUDE : Dispatcher, Receptionist, Accounting Assistant, Office Manager, Office Administrator
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
This position is in an indoor office environment with a controlled climate.
This position requires sitting at a computer desk for long periods of time with constant use of a computer keyboard while reading the computer screen.
This position will continuously talk, hear, and read in verbal and written communication. And will occasionally stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
This position will continuously use hands to type.
