Position Overview:
The Recruiting Coordinator will support the talent acquisition efforts for both Iron Mountain and Clutter by coordinating and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This role is critical to delivering a best-in-class candidate experience and ensuring the efficient execution of hiring activities. The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to facilitate a smooth and effective recruiting process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication and logistics management (e.g., travel arrangements, meeting room booking, and virtual interview setup).
Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, answering queries, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Job Posting and Applicant Tracking: Post job openings on various job boards and manage applicant flow through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure job descriptions are up to date and reflective of the requirements.
Pre-Employment Process: Assist with pre-employment activities, including background checks, reference checks, and onboarding documentation. Liaise with candidates to ensure completion of all necessary pre-hire requirements.
Hiring Manager Support: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide updates on the status of their requisitions, and assist in managing candidate pipelines.
Recruitment Event Support: Assist in organizing and executing recruitment events, such as job fairs, campus recruiting events, and open houses, including handling logistics and candidate follow-up.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS. Track key recruiting metrics and assist with reporting on recruitment activities.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the recruiting process, enhance efficiency, and ensure best practices are followed across the organization.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with recruiters, HR business partners, and other team members to ensure a seamless recruiting process and alignment with company goals.
EXPERIENCE
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, HR, or administrative role. Experience in high-volume recruiting environments is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with ATS systems (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Customer Service Orientation: A candidate-first mentality with a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate different time zones and scheduling requirements.
