Position Summary:
The Recruiting Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts. This role ensures a smooth, efficient recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Candidate Experience: Maintain excellent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Scheduling and Coordination: Organize and schedule interviews, assessments, and onboarding activities with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance and data integrity.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to ensure recruiting efforts align with business goals and talent needs.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or a similar operations role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or related CRM platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in real estate or a fast-growing start-up environment.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.
