RNs must be able to interpret EKGsVents: NoHospitalist or Intensivist in house: Hospitalist rounds during the day and on call at nightIV Team: NoRT 24/7: YesPharmacy 24/7: YesCommon diagnosis / Types of patients: Post cath lab, post vascular procedures, day 2 CABG patients, general tele. Amio, Cardene, Nitro, Heparin, Dobutamine to titrate down ONLY. No pediatrics, 15 y/o and older
