Executive
Search Services (ESS) is UCLA Health's internal executive search team. Designed
to function like a retained search firm housed within the health system, our
team integrates industry best practices with a mission-driven lens to recruit
top talent to the organization.
As our
Executive Recruitment Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive
administrative support to the UCLA Health Executive Search Services team.
In this role, you will support the full-cycle recruitment process of internal
and external candidates for leadership positions within the UCLA Health System
and David Geffen School of Medicine, including Department Chair or decanal
searches for the School of Medicine, as well as C-suite and other
select senior level searches for the Health System. You will
also manage dynamic search timelines, schedule key search committee
meetings, department forums, and related logistics as well as oversee the
coordination of complex interview schedules for committees, panels, and
candidates throughout the search process continuum.
Salary Range: Ä30.56-$60.82 Hourly
Qualifications
The Executive Recruitment Coordinator must possess a combination of skills and ability to autonomously manage a diverse set of responsibilities in a high profile, academic health sciences organization, including:
High-touch customer service skills
Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload.
Flexibility to prioritize workload with changing priorities.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the health system.
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organization.
Talent for focusing on details.
Track record of successfully coordinating complex schedules or similar tasks of transferrable skill.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to handle, and be trusted with, highly sensitive and confidential matters.
