Let’s run there.Your Job:As the Sports Medicine Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of our Sports Medicine Strategy. Our goal is to be the most recommended product by sports medicine professionals and this role will drive the execution of the strategy in the field. You will identify and activate our sports medicine strategy whether directly or via guidance to supporting teams. You will build tactical plans with cross-functional teams (events, sales, email, Gurus, BR.com, etc.) designed to advance our standing with medical professionals, building awareness and affinity for our brand. You will be the face of the program for internal planning and external execution, driving our attendance at key shows and conferences and being the lead liaison for Brooks with key external organizations. This position works with NA Marketing, Biomechanics, Footwear, IT, Customer Service, and Regional Sales and Marketing teams.Your Responsibilities:Single Point of Contact for the Sports Medicine Program.Manage the relationships, sponsorships, and communication with Sports Medicine organizations and programs including trade shows, seminars, brand content, and communications with their affiliates.Lead the development and execution of regionalized Sports Medicine outreach in partnership with our sales team and retail partners to increase the number of doctor referrals sent to our local retailers.Manage the process and execution of our footwear accreditations for the APMA Seal of Acceptance and PDAC A5500 approvals.Oversee Sports Medicine budget, including optimization of fund allocation and ensuring program operates within budget.Responsible for presenting seasonal Sports Med outreach plans to Sales Reps and Gurus during bi-annual GTM meetings and Retailer Symposiums.Partner with our NA Marketing team to lead, identify and create cross-functional support and evergreen content for seasonal storytelling, the Sports Medicine Ambassador Program, Brooks Run Club, and runners through our direct channels and with our retail partners.Align stakeholders and drive overall program communication with our internal marketing & Sales teams, partner organization, trade shows, and vendors.Accountable for program results along with the executive sponsor.Actively manage program strategy and execution.Research, plan, and drive team delivery of channel tactics.Work with executive sponsors and key stakeholders to understand vision, strategy, and activation roadmap for building Sports Medicine programs tied to Retail.Collaborate with Brooks Run Research Biomechanics lab to stay informed on Brooks Biomechanics research & to identify opportunities to leverage Lab experts within Sports Med organizations and at Retail.Facilitate Monthly Program Review with stakeholders to report results (Scorecard), financials and validate/refine plans.Adapt program governance and meeting cadence as needed.Drive milestone execution and solution delivery across work streams.Analyze data and assess performance and identify areas and strategies for improvement.Facilitate regular meeting cadence (e.g., daily/weekly) across work streams.Communicate key information and status to leadership and stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience and education.5+ years of experience leading programs with IT components.Minimum 2 years of experience working in collaboration with sports medicine professionals in an athletic or clinical setting.Strong understanding of injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation strategies for athletes.Demonstrated success driving program strategy and execution.Demonstrated skills including the ability to work with program team members in a matrixed environment as well as working closely with program sponsorship.Experience successfully working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Strategic, operational, and technical marketing and management skills.Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.Ability to self-direct and self-manage program work.Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills.Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company.Keen attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding how all the pieces fit together and affect one another.Unwavering demonstration of Brooks’ corporate values!Compensation:
The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $90,128 - $135,193 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Other:Brooks is proud to offer a robust benefits package to our employees and their families!Benefits:
