Position Description:
The Functional Requirements Analyst is responsible for gathering and documenting technical and process requirements for human resources solutions.
Minimum/General Experience:
4 years of experience with functional requirements.
Minimum Education:
Bachelors' Degree in business or similar concentration.
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
Excellent experience with data gathering and technical analysis (e.g., reviewing and documenting existing processes and collecting process data).
Excellent experience with redesigning processes, gathering requirements, and implementing process improvements.
Excellent experience utilizing software/applications (e.g., ServiceNow) to gather and document requirements.
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow's functionality and ability to understand how ServiceNow's functionality can be used to meet client needs.
Above average experience with Agile methodology to define scope, gather requirements, and collaborate with technology developers.
Excellent ability to prepare and present information in a concise and coherent manner.
Excellent ability to engage with clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent ability to collaborate and communicate across teams.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of case management and how a Human Resources (HR) Service Center runs/operating model design capabilities (preferred).
Security:
Ability to obtain/maintain a Federal Civilian Public Trust.
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident that has lived in the United States for at least 3 years.
Tasks/activities include, but are not limited to:
Develop, document, and redesign processes.
Gather and document requirements for ServiceNow HR solutions following Agile methodology.
Draft, plan, and execute actions for change management procedures.
Collaborate, identify dependencies/intersections, and align stakeholders.
Draft presentations to communicate plans, designs, and analysis of outcomes to client.
Provide status of solutions and identify risks to ensure all parties receive communications when needed.
Work collaboratively with the functional team and other engagement technical team members to clarify functional requirements.
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual projected pay range for this position is $73,172 - $131,133 with consideration being given to various factors including but not limited to qualifications, experience, job responsibilities, and geographic location.
