The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of Employment Law experience, with trial experience preferred. Experience with public entity defense is a plus. The candidate must possess knowledge of class and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) litigation. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, Juris Doctor (JD) degree, and membership in the State Bar of California in good standing. The candidate should demonstrate superior research, analytical, and negotiating abilities, along with excellent written and oral communication skills.
