The Senior Vice President, Regional Sales Manager will be a key member of the leadership team, contributing to the development of company-wide initiatives and programs to enhance the company's internal and external value propositions. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' of experience in commercial real estate, with at least 3 years' in a supervisory role, and hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A current and in good standing Pennsylvania real estate broker's license is required. The role demands a leader with strong interpersonal, conflict management, and relationship-building skills, who can provide mentorship, and foster a culture of mentorship within the brokerage team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting and developing top real estate talent, as well as enhancing brand development through client interactions and industry events.
