Microsoft is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Senior Product Marketing Manager
to join our team and lead the marketing efforts for Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales.
Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales brings together Microsoft 365 Copilot with a role-specific agent that connects with customer’s CRM platform to bring sales specific insights and generative AI benefits into the flow of work. This role will be pivotal in driving the product innovation roadmap, positioning, and GTM strategy helping customers maximize seller efficiency, boost productivity, and close more deals.

Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and target audience identification.
Product Positioning and Messaging:
Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates the value proposition of Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales to various stakeholders, including sales teams, partners, and customers.
Content Creation:
Create high-quality marketing content such as product pitch, infographics, whitepapers, case studies, field and customer facing presentations, and blog posts.
Analyst Engagement:
Drive ongoing analyst engagement in partnership with engineering teams to collect feedback on the product roadmap and help drive awareness for customer inquiries.
Customer Engagement:
Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive successful product launches and initiatives.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business.
OR equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in product marketing successfully launching and marketing enterprise software products within the technology or software industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business.
OR equivalent experience.
Solid understanding of AI and sales technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messages.
Proven written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and deliver impactful presentations.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Key capabilities include email summary and generation, meeting preparation briefs, task automation, CRM record updates, and conversation intelligence.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
